Restoring Your Smile with Dental Crowns

When you have a damaged or weakened tooth, a crown offers the perfect solution to bring back both function and beauty. These custom-designed caps fit over your entire tooth to restore its original shape and strength. We place crowns for many reasons, from protecting a cracked tooth to covering one after root canal treatment. They also work well to support dental bridges or cover dental implants. At Bella Dente Fine Dentistry, we help you choose the right option for your unique needs.

Getting a crown typically takes two visits spread over a few weeks. During your first appointment, we prepare your tooth and take precise impressions. You’ll wear a temporary crown while we craft your permanent one. When you return, we fit and secure your new crown for a comfortable, natural feel.

Materials That Match Your Needs

Different crown materials offer distinct advantages depending on where the tooth sits in your mouth. Bella Dente Fine Dentistry will discuss which type works best for your situation during your consultation.

  • Metal options like gold provide exceptional durability for back teeth
  • Porcelain-fused-to-metal combines strength with a tooth-colored appearance
  • All-ceramic delivers the most natural look for front teeth
  • Zirconia offers superior strength while maintaining aesthetic appeal
  • All-resin provides an affordable choice for temporary solutions

We’ll help you select the material that best meets your functional needs and aesthetic preferences.

Protecting Your Investment Long-Term

Taking care of your crown helps it last for many years. Simple daily habits make a significant difference in how long your restoration serves you well.

  • Brush twice daily using fluoride toothpaste
  • Floss carefully around the crown area where it meets your gum
  • Skip chewing hard items like ice or popcorn kernels
  • Schedule regular checkups so we can monitor your crown
  • Address any sensitivity or discomfort right away

Your crown becomes part of your smile, giving you confidence to eat comfortably and speak clearly again. Bella Dente Fine Dentistry is here to answer questions and guide you through every step of the process.

Restoring Your Smile with Dental Bridges

When you lose a tooth, the gap it leaves behind affects more than just your appearance. Missing teeth can impact your ability to chew properly, speak clearly, and maintain good oral health. We understand how important a complete smile is to your confidence and daily life. Bella Dente Fine Dentistry offers dental bridges as a reliable solution to replace missing teeth and restore your smile’s function and beauty.

A dental bridge literally bridges the gap created by one or more missing teeth. This custom-made restoration anchors to your natural teeth or dental implants on either side of the space, supporting a replacement tooth in the middle. We carefully design each bridge to match your natural teeth in color, shape, and size, creating seamless results that look and feel authentic.

Why Dental Bridges Matter for Your Oral Health

Missing teeth create problems that extend beyond aesthetics. The surrounding teeth may shift into the empty space, causing misalignment and bite issues. Your jawbone can also begin to deteriorate without the stimulation that tooth roots provide. Bridges prevent these complications while giving you back the ability to eat your favorite foods comfortably.

Your bridge serves multiple important functions:

  • Fills gaps from missing teeth to complete your smile
  • Prevents remaining teeth from shifting out of position
  • Restores proper chewing function for better nutrition
  • Maintains your face shape and prevents sagging
  • Distributes bite forces evenly across your teeth

These benefits work together to protect your oral health and restore your quality of life.

Finding the Right Bridge Solution

Bella Dente Fine Dentistry offers several types of bridges depending on your specific needs. Traditional bridges remain the most common option, using crowns on adjacent teeth for support. Implant-supported bridges offer maximum stability by anchoring to surgically placed implants rather than natural teeth, providing the strongest foundation available.

Different bridge options provide unique advantages:

  • Traditional bridges work well for replacing single or multiple teeth
  • Implant-supported options don’t require altering adjacent healthy teeth
  • Fixed bridges become permanent parts of your smile
  • Custom-designed restorations match your natural tooth color perfectly
  • Durable materials withstand daily chewing forces for years

Contact us today to schedule a consultation and discover which bridge solution is right for restoring your complete smile.

Transform Your Smile with Veneers

Have you ever wished for a brighter, more confident smile? Veneers offer a proven solution for transforming teeth affected by discoloration, chips, gaps, or minor misalignment. These custom-made shells bond to the front surface of your teeth, creating a natural appearance that mimics healthy enamel. At Bella Dente Fine Dentistry, we specialize in crafting beautiful smiles through personalized veneer treatments tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you choose porcelain or composite resin materials, veneers provide lasting results that can dramatically improve how you feel about your appearance. Porcelain options deliver exceptional durability and stain resistance, while composite alternatives offer affordability and faster treatment timelines. Both materials are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth.

Long-Lasting Results You Can Count On

Your investment in veneers comes with impressive longevity when you maintain proper oral care. Porcelain veneers typically last a decade or longer, while composite versions provide five to seven years of service. We at Bella Dente Fine Dentistry believe that the key to maximizing your results lies in consistent brushing, flossing, and regular dental checkups.

Quality veneers protect your teeth from additional wear while delivering aesthetic improvements that stand the test of time:

  • Resist staining from coffee, tea, and common foods
  • Maintain their color and shine for years
  • Require no special maintenance beyond standard oral hygiene
  • Strengthen teeth that have experienced minor damage
  • Provide a protective barrier against future wear

With proper care, your veneers will continue enhancing your smile for many years to come.

What Makes Veneers Right for You

Many patients discover that veneers address multiple concerns simultaneously. If you have discolored teeth that don’t respond well to whitening treatments, veneers offer an alternative. They also work beautifully for correcting worn enamel, closing small gaps, or reshaping teeth that appear uneven or irregularly formed.

Your treatment begins with a consultation where Bella Dente Fine Dentistry will discuss your goals and examine your oral health:

  • Address discolored or stained teeth effectively
  • Close unwanted gaps between teeth
  • Repair chipped or cracked tooth surfaces
  • Reshape irregularly formed teeth
  • Improve the appearance of slightly misaligned teeth

Schedule your complimentary consultation today to explore how veneers can transform your smile and boost your confidence.

FAQs

What makes your practice different from other dental offices?

Bella Dente Fine Dentistry is an independent practice, not a corporate franchise or dental factory, which means Dr. Dalila Harris can focus entirely on providing personalized care without pressure to meet production quotas. Patients appreciate the extra time we take during appointments and the relationships we build over years of service. We also offer comfort amenities like aromatherapy, music during procedures, and warm towel service. With warranties of up to five years on many services and state-of-the-art technology, Bella Dente Fine Dentistry combines quality care with real value.

Do you accept new patients and offer consultations?

Yes, Bella Dente Fine Dentistry is currently accepting new patients and would love to welcome you to our dental family. We offer complimentary smile makeover consultations with no obligation, giving you the opportunity to meet Dr. Dalila Harris, tour our facility, and discuss your dental goals. You can schedule your appointment by calling our office at 407-905-5698 or submitting a request through our website. We also provide services in Spanish (¡Se Habla Español!) to better serve our diverse Winter Garden community.

What are your office hours and location?

Bella Dente Fine Dentistry is located at 13650 W Colonial Drive, Suite 120, Winter Garden, FL 34787, at the southeast corner of CR 535 and Highway 50, approximately three miles west of Florida’s Turnpike. We’re open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM to accommodate working patients who need later appointments. We’re closed Friday through Sunday, allowing our team to recharge so we can provide the best care when you visit.

How do you ensure patient safety and comfort?

Bella Dente Fine Dentistry exceeds all OSHA and CDC standards through the use of hospital-grade disinfectants, infection barriers, and a mercury-amalgam capture system. Our digital x-ray system produces minimal radiation while generating clear, detailed images. We provide free oral cancer screenings with every exam and use an intraoral camera so you can see exactly what’s happening in your mouth. Beyond clinical safety protocols, we create a comfortable, relaxing environment with amenities like aromatherapy, music during procedures, and warm towel service so you feel at ease throughout your visit.

What types of dental services do you provide?

Bella Dente Fine Dentistry offers comprehensive dental services including restorative treatments like crowns, bridges, dentures and partial dentures, dental implant restorations, and fillings. Cosmetic dentistry options include porcelain veneers, professional teeth whitening, complete smile makeovers customized to your facial structure and skin tone, and dental bonding. We also provide general and preventive care such as dental examinations and cleanings, deep cleaning for gum disease, digital x-rays, dental sealants, tooth extractions, root canal treatment, and oral surgery. For periodontal health, Bella Dente Fine Dentistry takes a conservative approach that emphasizes non-surgical treatments whenever possible.

Do all patients who want cosmetic makeovers get the same kind of teeth?

Absolutely not! Each person has a look they want for themselves and they have facial structure and skin tones that guide us in making individual selections that vary in size, shape, and color for each person.

Do I have to get my teeth capped to get rid of spaces between my front teeth?

In most cases capping to correct spaces isn’t necessary. Today with beautiful, natural looking porcelain veneers (also called porcelain facings) we can easily make dramatic cosmetic changes to remove spaces, fix cracked teeth, do minor tooth straightening, and change the color of your teeth. In many instances, little or no tooth structure needs to be removed to create the smile of your dreams.

Is "tooth whitening" safe?

Bleaching procedures are safe and approved by the American Dental Association. Bleaching does not wear away any tooth structure or make a tooth more susceptible to staining.

Is gum surgery essential if I have periodontal (gum) disease?

We have found, many times, surgery is not necessary following a conservative course of periodontal treatment. This type of care typically includes a series of nonsurgical gum treatments. Even when surgery is required, it often is needed only in a few areas of the mouth and results can be greatly enhanced by nonsurgical preparation.

If periodontal disease is such a problem, why doesn't it hurt?

This is, unfortunately, a very good question. Periodontal problems can become quite serious and extremely advanced without any pain whatsoever. That is why it is so important to be attentive to the warning signs – bleeding gums when brushing and flossing, swollen gums, receded gums, teeth changing position, pus or swelling around gums – to name a few.

Do you process claims?

If our office is in-network with your insurance, we will process and file your insurance claim.
